This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29280 of 2022 by order dated 29.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai on 27.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
