This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to excuse the delay of 1360 days in representing the CMA.SR.No.32201 of 2014.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 1360 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands condoned on condition that the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 25.01.2021, failing which, the petition would stand dismissed automatically.
