O R D E R

(Made by S.M. SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The claim of the petitioner for alteration of date of birth was negatived by the Writ Court by a comprehensive order considering the rival submissions and also various judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court with regard to the said issue. The decision of the Writ Court was also confirmed by the Writ Appellate Court. Now, the present review application has been filed seeking to review the judgment of the Writ Appellate Court stating that none of the grounds raised in the appeal were considered by the Division Bench.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and retired from service. That being so, we are not inclined to entertain the review application and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
