2. Prayer in captioned CMP is for 'Condonation of Delay' [COD] of 199 days in filing captioned Second Appeal. Reason for delay is articulated in paragraph 2 of the supporting affidavit, wherein the lock down has been cited as reason for delay in retrieving the case bundle from Chamber and removing the objection.
3. Owing to the reason given, learned counsel for respondent very fairly submits that he has no objection or opposition to COD prayer.
4. This Court, having heard learned counsel on both sides, having perused the supporting affidavit, having noticed that the counsel for respondent does not oppose the COD prayer, passes the following order:
Delay condoned. CMP ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
