By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 05.05.2016.
3. The petitioner's husband, namely, Ezhumalai, was appointed as Supervisor under the second respondent in the year 2003 at Semmandalam, Cuddalore and subsequently, he was transferred to Subramaniapuram Village, Cuddalore Taluk and died on 08.09.2014, while he was in service. petitioner submitted her representation dated 05.05.2016 to the respondents seeking to process her pension papers and to pay the EPF amount. After receiving the representation made by the petitioner, the respondents neither sanctioned the pension nor passed any order. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Mr.B.Nedunchezhian, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, who sought reasonable time to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

Considering the limit relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
