(CRIME NO.400 OF 2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of police, Uthukuli Police Station, Thirupur District on every Monday at Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.213/2020 in Crl.OP.No.21807/2019 dated 13.01.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.213 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.21807 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.213 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.21807 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
