These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the Criminal Appeals against the order dated 21.05.2024 in STC.Nos.199 & 200 of 2021 passed by the Fast Track Magistrate, Attur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 210 days is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
