2. Such a plea raised in a review applications is not entertainable. The writ appeal decided the issue by elaborately considering merits and relying on the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Therefore, we do not find any error apparent on record.

3. Certain grounds raised on merits cannot be entertained for invoking the review jurisdiction. Thus, the Review Applications stand dismissed. No costs.
