ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpattu to expedite the trial in C.C.No.52 of 2013 within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chengalpattu to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.52 of 2013, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings. However, the petitioners are directed to co-operate the trial and appear before the trial Court each and every hearing without fail.
