ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under sections 66E & 67 of IT Act, 2008 and Sections 354, 354A, 354B and 354D I.P.C., in Crime No.15 of 2020, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that, the defacto complainant has lodged a complaint against her sister's husband that he has taken photos of her in an obscene manner and forwarded the same to the petitioner herein. Hence, the petitioner herein was called for enquiry.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected to the crime and he is a poor farmer and doing agriculture for his livelihood.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner herein is not arrayed as an accused however, he was called for enquiry as witness. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 6.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner herein was not arrayed as accused in this case and he was called only for enquiry, this Criminal Original Petition is closed however, with a direction to the petitioner to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation/enquiry.
