Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records connected in Letter No.A3/16055/2017 dated 19.12.2017 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant annual increment for the service rendered by the petitioner from 01.07.2010 to 30.06.2011 and calculated the petitioner's annual increment while fixing the pension and accordingly grant revised pension with all benefits.
