ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action against the accused / person and conduct enquiry to investigate the same in accordance with law on the basis of complaint dated 07.09.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.09.2019. Since the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

allegation seems to be serious, the 2nd respondent shall conduct the enquiry with regard to the complaint, if any cognizable offences is made out, register the FIR and proceed the same in accordance with law.
