This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner regarding producing two sureties and appearing before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai in Crl.MP No.4261 of 2019 dated 04.03.2019.
2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.5(b) imposed by the Court below is hereby set aside and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required and all other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
