2. Mr.C.R.Malarvannan, learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) accepts notice for R1 and having regard to the reasons set out in the condonation petition, does not very seriously object to the delay.
3. Mr.I.Abdul Bashith, learned counsel appearing for Mr.B.Vasudevan, learned counsel for R2 and R3 puts forth only a formal objection to condone the delay.
4. Hence, and having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 74 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
