ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner herein had picked up quarrel with the deceased due to the illicit intimacy of her husband with the deceased. This has been informed by the deceased to her husband, who was on duty as a driver, who was away from the home. The deceased has felt ashamed the way in which she was accused by this petitioner and had committed suicide. The petitioner was arrested on 10.03.2022. The investigation is at very nascent stage. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
