O R D E R

This matter is posted today for filing affidavit of undertaking for vacating the premises. Today, the petitioners has filed the undertaking affidavit before this Court stating that the revision petitioners undertake to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised property on or before 30.11.2018. Till such period, the revision petitioners shall pay rent regularly to the respondents. This affidavit of undertaking shall form part of the order.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the affidavit of undertaking filed by the petitioners.

3. By recording the aforesaid undertaking affidavit and in the light of the above submissions made by the counsel for the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The undertaking affidavit shall form part of the order.
