This Petition has been filed before this Court to transfer the investigation in Crime No.110 of 2019 on the file of 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent under the supervision of 1st respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic, investigation could not be completed. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to complete the investigation in Crime No.110 of 2019 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4..With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
