O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The review application is filed against the interim order dated 11.01.2013 in M.P.No.1 of 2012 in W.A.No.1861 of 2012.
2. Considering the fact that the respondent / college was in existence from the year 2008 onwards. This Court granted an interim order considering larger interest of the students. Accordingly, pending disposal of the writ appeal, this Court permitted the institution to carry out admission of students for the academic session.
3. Review application filed against such interim order are not entertainable. If at all the applicants are not satisfied with the interim order they could have filed a petition to vacate the interim order.
4. That being the procedure ought to have been adopted, we are not inclined to entertain the review application. Consequently, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
