ssv 2.When the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.However, Mr.E.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest), by producing the proceedings dated 23.09.2017 issued by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Chennai, vide Ref.No.Pen1/34405/2016, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
4.Placing on record the above said proceedings and the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forests), the contempt petition is closed.
