[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The claim of the review applicant to execute the sale deed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board was rejected by this Court. The applicant claimed that the rate prevailed in the year 1994 is to be taken into consideration for execution of the sale deed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board.

2. The claim of the petitioner was rejected on merits. Thus, re-

adjudication is impermissible. The applicant has not established any error apparent on record warranting interference. Thus, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
