[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The findings of the Writ Appellate Court reveals that the review applicant has committing repeated misconduct. Thus, the Court concurred with the view taken by the learned Single Judge regarding the punishment imposed. Since the issues are elaborately considered by the Writ Court and the Writ Appellate Court, we do not find any error apparent warranting interference by exercising the review jurisdiction. Thus, the Review Applications stands dismissed. No costs.
