[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The learned counsel for the second respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the interim order dated 22.12.2020 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai in O.A.No.310/00580/2020 and in the meantime, the main original application itself was taken up for final disposal and it came to be dismissed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the
