Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pass considered order on the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.03.2021, pertaining to the Sale Deed document No.3437 of 2008, dated 29.08.2008, by returning the same to the petitioner pertaining to the property situated at Salem East Registration District, Veerapandi Sub Registration District, Salem Taluk, Pethampatti Village, Survey No.26/2, as per Sub-Division Patta No.12, New Survey No.26/2D, measuring an extent of 1 Acre 68 cents and return the same to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2021, with regard to return of the Sale Deed dated 29.08.2008.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the document presented by the petitioner has been misplaced and hence as per the directions issued by this Court, the respondents have prepared https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an equivalent document and handed over the same to the petitioner on 30.03.2021, and he has also acknowledged the receipt of the same. The said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

3. Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has no instruction on this.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that document has been handed over to the petitioner, nothing remains for adjudication and the writ petition is closed. No costs.
