The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner from December 2013 onwards.
2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner is unable to inform this Court that whether the subsistence allowance had already been paid to the writ petitioner or not.
3. Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.2.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
