This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner or his family members without due process of law.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Balaji Prakash, the respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner and harassing the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is allegation of job rocketing as against the petitioner. The petitioner has collected some amount from Balaji Prakash by promising hin to secure Drug Inspector post and thereafter, misappropriated the amount. There is no intention for the respondent to harass the petitioner and only to conduct enquiry, the petitioner is called by the respondent police. He further submitted that in order to avoid the enquiry, the present petition is filed by the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to give any specific direction to the respondent.
