The claimant before the arbitral award has applied for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by nine months.

2. Ms.Preethi Sivaraman, learned counsel, accepts notice for the sole respondent.

3. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent submit that evidence was recorded in full and that the next stage in the arbitral proceedings is the argument stage.
