ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein apprehending arrest for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.57 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, who is the owner of the car. As per the First Information Report indicate that, the defacto complainant has handed over his new car to the petitioner for rent and after paying the rent for few months. The petitioner has failed to pay the rent and also indicate that the petitioner has converted his number plate of car from Yellow Board to White Board and not returned the vehicle to the petitioner.

3. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that on a specific understanding that the petitioner will pay the installments to Kotak Mahindra Bank which has advance loan to buy the car. The car was handed over to the petitioner herein and the petitioner is regularly paying the EMI to Kotak Mahindra Bank. However, same is denied by the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner if any summon is served to produce all the document to satisfy the Investigating Officer.
