This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction directing the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur, to take the charge sheet filed through e-filing on file.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been taken on file and a case number has been assigned in Spl.S.C.No.26/2026 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirupattur.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
