ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking t modify the condition imposed in Crl MP No.40085 of 2023 dated 06.02.2024 passed by the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai wherein the petitioner was directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not able to mobilize funds and hence, seeks for modification of the condition.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.(i) shall stand modified as follows: "The petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-".

The other conditions as imposed by the Court below while passing orders in Crl MP No.40085 of 2023 dated 06.02.2024, shall stand

as it is.
