(CRIME NO.72 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3723 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022 before this Hon'ble Court and pass such other orders deem fit and proper for the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.3723 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week instead of daily at 10.00 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that he shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
