The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted a letter dated 12.07.2021 to the Registry seeking to list this writ petition under the caption for withdrawal. by him. Accordingly, when the writ petition is listed today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration by this Court and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
