The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 31.01.2020 to rectify the alleged irregularities in the seniority list.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that on the representation of the petitioner and similar other representation received from various other individuals, the 3rd respondent has considered and passed orders on 08.10.2020 in R.C.501/RD4/2020 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.

3. Since the request of the petitioner has already been complied with, nothing remains for further consideration. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved from the said order, it is up to the him to challenge the order, in the manner known to law.
