JUDGMENT
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) This appeal has been filed by the appellant, who is the sole accused in S.C.No.370 of 2012 on the file of the Magalir Needhimandram, Chennai, challenging his conviction and sentence imposed by the trial Court on 03.01.2014, convicting him under Section 302 of IPC.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant reported to this Court and in fact he has made an endorsement that the sole appellant died sometime before. No legal representatives, have come up on record to prosecute the appeal further. Thus, the appeal stands abated. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as abated.
