Mr.K.Damodaran, Tahsildar, Sriperumbudur, as well as Tmt.Nirmala, Special Tahsildar, TACID, Sriperumbudur, are present in Court.

It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent that the Special Tahsildar, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sriperumbudur, is the competent Authority to pass orders on

the petitioner's representation, and requests that some reasonable time may be granted to pass orders. 3.

In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the Special Tahsildar, Sriperumbudur, to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. Since it is stated that the representation is now available with the respondent herein, viz., Tahsildar, Sriperumbudur, the said Officer is directed to forward the representation to the Special Tahsildar, TACID, Sriperumbudur, for taking necessary action, as per the direction issued hereinabove.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
