ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32047 of 2024 vide order dated 02-01-2025 in Crime No 408 of 2024 on the file of the respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.No.32047 of 2024 dated 02-01-2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
