C.M.P.No.6128 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 3656 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, C.M.P.No.6140 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and C.M.P.No.6138 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the parties 20 and 21 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.
2. C.M.P.No.6132 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 3656 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent, C.M.P.No.6133 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent and C.M.P.No.6135 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the parties 22 and 23 as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent.
3. The appellant is a religious institution. Therefore, represented by an Executive Officer. So, he would not have been aware of the death of the parties. The reasons given in the affidavit are acceptable.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
5. As no one has entered appearance in these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions, the learned counsel for the appellant will take notice to the newly impleaded parties in the appeal.
