JUDGMENT
This criminal appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment dated 12.02.2010 made in S.C.No.77 of 2009, on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Puducherry, Karaikal.
2. Today, when the appeal is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed a memo stating that the appellant died on 20.02.2014. He has also produced a copy of the Death Certificate.
3. In view of the fact that the sole appellant died, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
