O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition is taken up alleging the non compliance of the order dated 24.03.2017 in W.M.P. No.2800 of 2017 in W.P. 2886 of 2017.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that for the past four months the salary has not been paid to the petitioner.

3. In response to the said submission, the learned Government Advocate submitted that within a week's time all the arrears of the salary could be paid to the petitioner and he would also be paid with salary in future in the first week of every month regularly.

4. Recording the said statement, the Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
