This application is filed to implead the applicant / proposed defendant as 11th defendant in the above civil suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in ordering this application.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the application is allowed and the applicant / proposed defendant is impleaded as 11th defendant in the suit. Two weeks time is granted to carry out the amendment. The Registry is directed to print the name of the counsel for the plaintiff correctly.
