The petitioner has come forward with the afore said prayer. 2.The respondents have no objection for time being fixed to disposal of the appeal dated 11.04.2014.

3. Considering the submissions on either side, this Court directs the Appellate Tribunal, 5th respondent to dispose of the Appeal dated 11.04.2014 within a period of six months from the date of a receipt of copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into any factual or legal aspects raised by the petitioner in the Writ Petition and it is open to the petitioner to agitate the same before the Appellate Tribunal.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
