This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.19837 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024, thereby the respondents were directed to disburse the interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the belated payment of the terminal benefits, to the petitioner, within a time frame.
