ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Alleging that the order of this Court dated 30.11.2023 made in W.P.No.33728 of 2023 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the order of this Court dated 30.11.2023 in W.P.No.33728 of 2023 has been complied with. In this regard, the Tahsildar, Thiruvannamalai passed an order vide proceedings dated 22.08.2025. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit the photograph taken on 10.07.2024 which would show that there is no encroachment. Thus, the contempt petition is closed. If any further grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities.
