Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.33333/2013/U2-2 dated 14.10.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's pension with regard to the last pay drawn by the petitioner at the time of the petitioner retirement in the scale of pay of Middle School Headmaster and grant him all consequential benefits 1/4

Today, 25.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has passed away on 11.12.2017 and also submitted the copy of the death certificate issued by the Municipal Administration & Water Supply Department dated 27.12.2017, vide registration No. 138/2017/02/00287 and date of registration is 15.12.2017.
