Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings of the second respondent in Pa.Mu.No.3556/E/2015 dated 25.09.2015 and quash the same and thereby, direct the third respondent to release the sale deed dated 04.08.2015 bearing document Nos.2666/2015, 2667/2015 and 2668/2015 on the file of S.R.O., Vikravandi, forthwith to the petitioner.
