This petition is filed to condone the delay of 96 days in preferring the second appeal against the decree and judgment dated 27.01.2011 passed in A.S.No.121 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi, setting aside the decree and judgment dated 22.01.2011 made in O.S.No.976 of 2007 on the file of the III Additional Distrit Munsif, Kallakurichi.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.31604 of 2022, if the papers are in order.
