ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.2372 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 to comply with the condition as imposed by the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners had entered into compromise with the defacto complainant and also entered into a settlement agreement dated 22.10.2024, the time to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2372 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024, on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, is extended till 04.04.2025. It is made clear that if the petitioners fail to comply with the order passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, on or before 04.04.2025, the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai is directed to proceed as against the petitioners, in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
