ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b), 354 (A) and 506 (ii) of IPC, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the accused herein who is working as a Foreman in the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Anaicut Division, Vellore is said to have committed the offence of sexual harassment on the defacto complainant who is an apprentice. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that apart from the petitioner, there are 3 other accused involved in this matter and the investigation is in progress. He further submitted that the co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Having regard to the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and more particularly, the fact that the coaccused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for interrogation as and when required.
