This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.06.2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents .

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 01.06.2012 given by the petitioner and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
