ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the first respondent to seize the vehicles under Form 95 and produce the same before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee and keep the vehicles for safe custody to be marked as material objects during the trial in Cr. No.51 of 2018 registered based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, Mr. S. Sankara Narayanan, Inspector of Police, T.15 S.R.M.C. Police Station is present.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that all the encroachments have been removed and he also produced photographs in support of his assertion. The learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded the said fact.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction to the first respondent police to ensure that no such encroachment resurfaces in that area.
