This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the respondents 1 to 3 as plaintiffs 2 to 4 in the main Testamentary Original Suit namely, TOS.No.27 of 2020. The respondents have been served and the 1st respondent has entered appearance through counsel. The other respondents are not appearing either in person or through counsel. 2.Considering the averments assigned in the affidavit and the limited scope of this application, this application is allowed, the respondents 1 to 3 are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased first plaintiff and ranked as plaintiffs 2 to 4 in the Testamentary Original Suit. 3.The Registry to carry out the amendment and the counsel for the applicant shall file the amended copy of the Testamentary Original Suit. Post on 13.08.2021.
